Feeling out of flow?

Here’s some ideas and things I do to get your mind off the craziness of life -

# 1 Take a trip

I know this might seem un-reachable but let’s take it slow, think small. Drive half an hour / an hour away for a day trip to check out a view, see some art, explore a vintage store or just be outdoors. Want to do more but don’t know where to start? Let’s chat through it, together we can build an attainable plan to help you reach your goals, however small or big they are. More importantly, I will help you stay accountable and make sure you are pushing forward to find flow.

# 2 Take a dance class. 

I know some of you are thinking “heck to the no” but who cares! Grab a friend, a family member, or fly solo and just go for it. It is 45 min / hour of your week and your body will thank you and wiggle with happiness after. The point of this one really is to just try something new and exciting. 

# 3 Take on a recipe you have been too scared to. Here are some of my favorites:
